South African Aerobics is a physical exercise that involves rhythmic/choreographic movements with stretching and strength training routines. The goal is to improve all elements of fitness such as flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually “performed to music” by a fitness professional instructor.
